Enough Already! Yes, You Are..

Susi Gott Séguret joins me from Madison County, NC.

Her amazing bio is below...

To counteract doubts, Susi reminds us to make friends with fear, and doubt our darling. She does this by pausing, deep breaths, and dancing barefoot in the grass.

She says, "I remember why I'm here every day. I love what is real."

Letting go of imperfections has us notice the mountains, the stars, the violets...

As a gifted chef, she also uses knives as an analogy for life. We are "slicing through life. If our knife is dull, it creates resistance, and if it's sharp, it's easier." Also, "what might be dulling your knife?"

Susi believes life can be easy and enjoyable. Our momentary choices make it easy or hard.

We get to release perfection, and know with certainty every day that we are indeed enough!
